Advocates want Eau Claire to spend even more on housing for the homeless in the city.
The Wisconsin Balance of State Continuum of Care pressed the city council last night for more funding for affordable housing, and a sit down with homeless people themselves to see what they need. Eau Claire is in the middle of a larger, homeless plan. The city council says the input from last night’s meeting will be included in that plan.
