Wisconsin gas prices jumped four cents on Friday.
According to Triple-A, the Badger State average for regular rose to three-45 a gallon yesterday, eight cents higher than last Friday, but seven cents lower than this time last month. The national average was up a penny, to three-54 a gallon.
