Eau Claire’s Fourth of July fireworks show is moving this year.
The city council last night approved the plan to move the show to the High Bridge. Firefighters wanted the show out of Carson Park because of safety concerns. The final vote was 6-4 in favor of moving. Specifics of just where you can sit, and where you can park are expected to come in the next few weeks.
