The Green Bay woman accused of chopping-up her boyfriend after a day of drug use will be tried in Green Bay.
Taylor Schabusiness’ lawyers want to move the case out of Green Bay, saying there’s no way she can get a fair trial. The judge yesterday said he didn’t see any evidence of that. Schabusiness is looking at homicide charges after police say she strangled her boyfriend while they were having sex, then chopped-up his body and hit the pieces around his house. Schabusiness is still waiting for her trial to begin.
