A Dane County mom is looking at child neglect charges after police say her four-year-old ate some marijuana gummies.
Police in Oregon arrested the mom after she took her child to the emergency room in Stoughton. The mom told doctors she thought the child overdosed on marijuana gummies. The child was treated and released from the hospital. The mom was arrested and taken to jail. Prosecutors are looking at child neglect charges in the case.
