Most of the best places to live in Wisconsin are in the Milwaukee suburbs, but the best place is a little further north.
The website Niche, which focuses on the top sports to live, work, and go to school, this week said Kohler is the best place to live in Wisconsin. Kohler is in Sheboygan County, but most of the rest of the top spots are in Milwaukee or the WOW counties. Brookfield is number two on Niche’s list, followed by Shorewood, Whitefish Bay, and Mequon. The first non-Milwaukee-area place on the list is Middleton at number 10 on the best places list.
