A New Richmond man accused of killing his 20-year-old son has a new trial date set.
A criminal complain says 42-year-old Kayle Fleischauer’s son Chase was found unresponsive on the floor of his home last April. Police say Fleischauer was acting strange when they got there and smelled of intoxicants and charged an officer at one point. An autopsy determined Chase was shot in the head and Fleischauer was charged with the murder. He’ll stand trial in June.
