The latest home sales snapshot in Wisconsin sees a drop.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association’s latest report says home sales fell 34 percent last month compared to a year ago. The Realtors say just over 31 hundred homes were sold in Wisconsin last month, compared to over 47 hundred in January of 2022. The Realtors’ Michael Theo says a lack of available homes is part of the problem. So are high interest rates, and rising prices. The Realtors’ report says the median price for a home in Wisconsin is now 250 thousand-dollars.
