A jury has the case against a Kenosha man on trial for the second time for his wife’s death back in 1998.
Both the prosecution and defense ended their arguments yesterday in Mark Jensen’s trial. Police say he poisoned his wife then smothered her back in 1998. He was originally convicted of her murder, but the Wisconsin Supreme Court ordered a new trial. Jurors considered the case for about two hours yesterday afternoon before heading home for the day.
