The trial for a then-14-year-old accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting an elderly woman outside of the Waukesha Public Library is set to start in May.
Khalil Perry pleaded not guilty yesterday. Police say he kidnapped the 87-year-old victim at knife point, robbed her, then assaulted her. Perry’s lawyers wanted him tried in juvenile court, but the judge decided to allow adult charges in the case.
