It’s two months in prison for a western Wisconsin man who tried to have sex with a 13-year-old in Eau Claire.
A judge yesterday sentenced 25-year-old Jay Lee to two months in jail and five years probation. Lee answered an online message from someone he thought was a 13-year-old girl, but was actually a state investigator. He was arrested after he went to an Eau Claire park to meet up for sex.
Lee will have to register as a sex offender for the next 15-years.
