Little Beavers Early Learning Center Opens in Augusta

The Augusta Area School District is proud to formally announce that the Little Beavers Early Learning Center is now open and operating.

Little Beavers is currently operating in a portion of the Augusta Senior Center building. Little Beavers is an early-learning center that serves children from ages 1-5. The mission of the Little Beavers Early Learning Center is to provide quality childcare that meets the needs of each child and family in a safe, educational environment.

The focus is to help children be independent thinkers through a hands-on play environment and to stimulate social, cognitive, physical and emotional growth.

Little Beavers will continue to operate in a portion of the Senior Center until the opening of the new center which will be located on the school district campus. Construction is scheduled to begin in April of 2023 and be completed by February of 2024. Once completed, the new center will be able to accommodate children from ages 6 weeks through age 12 and an enrollment of over 100 children.
