The Green Bay woman accused of chopping-up her boyfriend after a day of meth-fueled sex may be looking at a delay in her trial.
Taylor Schabusiness’ lawyers continue to ask for a third competency examination, they say she doesn’t understand the charges against her. Her lawyers say they haven’t been able to get their expert into the Brown County Jail to interview Schabusiness. Two other doctors have said she is competent enough for trial. Schabusiness is supposed to go on trial in early March.
The push for a new mental health exam could delay that.
