The head of Milwaukee’s postal worker’s union is disputing the allegation the mailman murdered in the city last month had something to do with drugs.
National Letter Carriers Association local President Dave Skowronek says prosecutors made a reference to a missing package of drugs when they announced charges against three suspects in Aundre Cross’ murder. Skowronek says that reference is misleading, and doesn’t think Cross had anything to do with the missing package. Skowronek says the package may have been flagged by Postal Inspectors instead. Though Skowronek does think the suspects were tracking the package, and may have killed Cross because it was flagged and never delivered.
