It’s 40 years in prison for the man who shot and wounded three police officers in Wauwatosa last year.
A judge yesterday gave Kenneth Burney four decades behind bars for the shooting at the Radisson Hotel. Police were responding to a separate shots fired call when they found Burney holed-up in his room. When officers broke down his door, he opened fire. Three Tosa officers were wounded, all three survived. He was convicted in the case earlier this year.
