There’s a lawsuit over a small piece of one of the campaign commercials in Wisconsin’s governor’s race.
Froedtert Health is suing Republican Tim Michels because one of Michels’ ads includes the hospital’s logo. The ad features Michels’ 15 million-dollar donation to the hospital from back in the spring, but it also includes some of Froedter’s branding. The hospital says its status as a non-profit prohibits it from being part of any political campaign. Froedtert is asking a judge to order Michels to stop using anything with its logo in it.
