The third week of the Waukesha Christmas Parade trial began with a focus on what Darrell Brooks did after the parade massacre.
Prosecutors called a string of witnesses yesterday who spoke to or saw Brooks after police say he sped through the parade. One of the witnesses was the man who let Brooks into his home that night. It was his doorbell camera video that shows Brooks’ arrest. Prosecutors say they expect to wrap-up with witnesses tomorrow. Brooks would then take over in his own defense.
