Prosecutors are pushing sexual assault charges against a young man accused of slapping women while riding an electric scooter near the UW-Madison campus last month.
Investigators are accusing 18-year-old Ethan Peltier from Waunakee of slapping a woman’s butt as he drove past her. The woman says he hit her hard enough to leave a red mark. It happened on September 7th, and investigators had to turn to the public to find Peltier. He’s denying that he ever hit anyone.
