Madison missed the worst of yesterday’s severe weather, but not everyone was as lucky.
The National Weather Service says a tornado touched down at Whitewater’s Willow Brook Public Golf Course yesterday. There are no reports of any injuries, though there are plenty of tree limbs that are down. Forecasters will spend part of the day today assessing the damage. The same line of storms dropped other tornadoes near Milwaukee. There were no injuries there either.
