There is a legal challenge in Wisconsin to President Biden’s student loan cancellation plan.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty yesterday filed a lawsuit that says President Biden overstepped his authority by ordering the loan cancellations, and violated federal discrimination laws by adding a racial motivation to the program. The lawsuit asks for an immediate hearing because it says the White House could start canceling 10 or 20 thousand-dollars worth of student loans at any moment.
