The 22-year-old man accused of taking a 15-year-old girl from her home in Chippewa County is expected in court today on kidnapping charges.
Prosecutors are expected to file formal charges against Trevor Blackburn. He’s the man who authorities say took 15-year-old Kryssy King from her home over the weekend. Chippewa County’s sheriff said the two had a relationship, but she tried to end it. The sheriff says Blackburn came all the way to Chippewa County from Tennessee to snatch the girl.
Blackburn will likely face a slew of charges.
