The third man shot by Kyle Rittenhouse wants to change his name.
Gaige Grosskreutz is asking a judge in Kenosha to allow a name change because of the harassment he says he’s suffered since the shooting. The request was supposed to be secret, but it leaked online. Grosskreutz was shot in the arm after he pulled a gun on Rittenhouse during Kenosha’s night of violence in August of 2020. Rittenhouse was cleared of the charges for shooting Grosskreutz.
He says he’s received death threats, and wants a new name to protect his family.
