There could be a delay in the trial for the man accused of speeding through the Waukesha Christmas Parade.
Darrell Brooks Jr.’s lawyer yesterday filed a motion to withdraw from the case. Brooks is supposed to go on trial in a little less than two weeks. This is just the latest change for Brooks’ defense. He originally planned on an insanity defense, but later changed his mind. Brooks is facing life in prison for killing six and injuring 60 others in the attack last year.
