A Janesville man is facing his fifth OWI charged after the Wisconsin State Patrol says he got into a fight on Interstate-39/90.
The State Patrol says troopers were called to an area near Albion Tuesday evening where several people had gotten into a fight on the interstate. The State Patrol says troopers tried to conduct a sobriety test on a man at the scene but he refused and was arrested.
