It wasn’t all cream puffs and rides at the Wisconsin State Fair last weekend.
Police responded to at least 10 fights on Saturday alone. No one is saying anything about arrests or injuries. State Fair managers say they are going to make sure that everyone knows the policy that requires anyone under 18 to have a parent with them, and bans anyone under 21 from the fairgrounds after 6 p.m.. Signs will be posted today
