Altoona is moving ahead with rentable electric bikes and scooters.
The city council okayed a new program last night. The plan before the council was to set-up a hub in River Prairie Park, and allow people to rent and return the bikes and scooters from there. There’s no word just when the bikes and scooters will be available in Altoona.
