Eau Claire is moving ahead with its coronavirus stimulus spending plan. The city council last night approved 13-and-a-half million-dollars in spending.
The money is earmarked for the rest of the work on the city;s transit hub and a couple of new hires at city hall. That includes a new diversity, equity, and inclusion director.
