Wisconsin’s Supreme Court is ready to decide if Madison Schools can keep gender transitions secret from parents.
The high court is expected to deliver its ruling in the case later today. Parents sued the school district over the policy that keeps teachers from telling parents about gender and gender-name changes at school. The school district says it is protecting the privacy and safety of children. Parents say they, not the school district, should decide what is best for their kids.
