Police in Altoona have a suspect in custody in a deadly weekend hit-and-run.
It happened Sunday morning along Highway 12. Police say the victim was walking along the road just before 6 a.m. when an SUV hit them, then sped off. Altoona Police say they had their suspect in custody by Sunday afternoon. There’s no word when formal charges could be filed.
