Wisconsin based Kohl’s is calling off its sale agreement with Franchise Group.
The chairman of the board at Kohl’s made that announcement this morning, saying the company canceled the sale because of market volatility. Franchise Group offered Kohl’s 60 dollars a share for the company earlier this year.
