The legal fight in Wisconsin court over a new Kohler golf course has ended.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court yesterday sided with Kohler in a long-simmer dispute over a land swap that is supposed to bring a world class golf course to the Sheboygan area. The court said the environmental group that was suing, Friends of the Black River Forest, has no legal standing to sue and never proved any real harm. The group says the ruling will hurt other citizens who want to protect the environment and check the power of state agencies.
