It’s back to court for Wisconsin’s special election investigator.
The liberal group American Oversight yesterday filed a new lawsuit against Michael Gableman, asking the court to stop him from deleting or tossing away any records connected to his investigation. Gableman admitted last week that he doesn’t keep ‘every scrap of paper’ connected to his investigation into the 2020 election in the state.
A Dane County judge has repeatedly told him that he must. American Oversight wants the judge to issue a new, emergency order in the case.
