New Education and Training Institute Has Finger On the Pulse of Healthcare Industry

The Dove Healthcare Community Foundation has announced the grand opening of the Healthcare Workforce Training Institute. A provider of specialized education and training intended to increase and advance the healthcare workforce in Northwest Wisconsin, the Institute’s classroom and clinical sites are currently located in Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Osseo, and Rice Lake.

“We are presently on target to graduate almost 400 students in 2022 from the
nurse aide training program, and our goal is to help 600 students successfully complete the class in 2023.”

The Healthcare Workforce Training Institute is a state-approved provider for the nurse aide training program, CBRF assisted living classes, and medication aide class. Other offerings include basic life support for healthcare professionals, first aid and CPR/AED for the community, and the Virtual Dementia Tour.
