A western Wisconsin teenager dies in a boating accident on the Mississippi River.
The School District of West Salem sent an email to parents saying high school student Marley Tauscher died in a jet ski accident in La Crosse County Tuesday afternoon. Three other teens were involved in the accident but survived. An online fundraiser has been created to help Tauscher’s family and has raised over 27-thousand dollars.
