The annual Cows On The Concourse event helps kick off National Dairy Month in Madison.
The family friendly event was back on Capitol Square yesterday after a two-year absence due to the COVID shutdown. Dane County and Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin host the festivities as a vehicle to let everyone know how the dairy sector works and its impact on diet and health and on the Wisconsin economy.
