Chippewa Co. Woman Sentenced for Deadly Crash

It’s six months in jail for a Chippewa County woman for a deadly 2017 crash.

A judge sentenced 23-year-old Miranda Miller to jail time and three-years probation for the crash. Police say Miller ran a stop sign in the Town of Colburn in July of 2017, crashing into and killing 46-year-old Jeremy Goodwin. Miller told police that she was looking at her phone at the time of the wreck.
