The case against Mark Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life, and what it did during Wisconsin’s election back in 2020, is due in court tomorrow.
A judge in Dane County is scheduled to hear arguments in the case tomorrow afternoon. Lawyers are appealing the ruling from the Wisconsin Elections Commission last December that dismissed complaints about how CTCL worked with election managers in Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Racine, and Kenosha. The Thomas More Society, which is leading the case, says CTCL broke several election laws in the state and clearly crossed an ethical line. The case is likely headed for the Supreme Court.
