A sheriff’s deputy in northern Wisconsin escapes his squad car after it breaks through the pavement during a flash flood.
The Oconto County sheriff’s deputy was driving to help a person involved in a crash when the pavement over a culvert pipe gave way and his car fell into the water and was swept away. The deputy and his K9 made it out of the car without injury.
