Waukesha Works to Honor Parade Victims Permanently

The Waukesha Parade Memorial Commission is finalizing plans to permanently honor the victims of last year’s attack.

The plan includes a permanent fixture along the Fox River at Grede Park in downtown Waukesha.  The commission estimates between 75-thousand and 100-thousand is needed for the project.  Six people were killed and dozens more injured when the driver of an SUV drove into a crowd at the Christmas parade November 21st, 2021.
