In Wisconsin, opioid treatment patients on Medicaid are getting their room and board cost covered at treatment centers.
The state’s Department of Health Services said on Thursday a federal grant is paying for the program for over a thousand opioid patients on Medicaid around Wisconsin. More than 50-counties as well as four tribal nations are getting the benefit of the federal grant money for the program.
