On This Day…

Hello.

Welcome to your Easter weekend.

We are glad you are here to start the day. After a week that can sometimes feel stressful and long, this is a chance to slow down for a bit.

We start our Saturday’s with a “scroll down memory lane.” It’s a quick peek back on the pages of history before we head out into a new day. So, grab your favorite sippin’ drink, and let’s scroll!

In 2007, in what was described as the worst shooting on a college campus in U.S. history, a gunman opened fire on students and instructors at two locations on the Virginia Tech University campus in Blacksburg, Virginia, killing 32 people before turning the gun on himself.  The gunman was later identified as 23-year-old Cho Seung-Hui.
