Nathan Otto is still the winner of Eau Claire County’s District 11 race.
Otto originally won the county board race by nine votes, a recount yesterday trimmed that to an eight-vote victory. Election managers say the recount found that a single voter in Altoona was mistakenly given a ballot for the race. The recount failed to find any other issues or problems.
