A Girl Scout Troop that suffered a major tragedy is saying thank you for the support they’ve received from around the world. Three girls and a mother from Troop 3055 in Chippewa Falls were killed in a hit-and-run while doing community service on a rural highway.
The girls in the troop received many letters, cards, bracelets, quilts, and other gifts of support. Troop members are thanking everyone for the kindness shown to them, saying it showed them there is good in the world.
