Some Eau Claire elementary students are spreading holiday cheer to seniors. Third-graders from Roosevelt Elementary visited Orchard Hills Assisted Living to make gingerbread houses with residents.
Their teacher said getting into the community gives students a different perspective during the season and shows them how to make a difference.
