Police in Vernon County say they don’t believe there was criminal intent in a shooting that injured two people.
The county sheriff’s office was called to a home in the Village of Coon Valley on Wednesday about the shooting and took two people to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. An investigation has led police to believe there was nothing malicious about the shooting and that it was accidental.
