The eagle that went viral after being hit by a train is flying once again in western Wisconsin.
Rescuers released the eagle yesterday near La Crosse. The eagle became internet-famous when it was hit and pinned by a freight train back in January. The bird suffered just a small fracture and some frostbite, but made a full recovery. Raptor Education Group in Antigo released the eagle yesterday.
