A northwest Wisconsin man is fined for illegal deer hunting.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources says the man killed a 20-point buck in Burnett County during doe season in December. The DNR says he also used corn to bait the deer and tried to register the buck as being shot before doe season. He’s being forced to pay over eleven-hundred dollars in fines.
