An Afghan refugee resettling in Wausau is accused of sexually assaulting a woman.
Police say the victim told them the man assaulted her in a car last week. Police say he was arrested this morning and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault. Police say the victim and the suspect are acquaintances and the victim was helping him settle into the community.
