The maker of voting machines used in Wisconsin in 2020 is not cooperating with the state’s special election investigator.
Attorneys for Election Systems & Software last week told former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman that they will not send him a trove of information about their machines. Election Systems says Gableman’s subpoena is a “fishing expedition.”
Gableman is continuing his probe into what happened in the 2020 election. That probe is supposed to be complete by next month.
