An Ohio paper company with a mill in Wisconsin is being bought by a Swedish company.
The Verso Corporation is set to be bought by Billerud-Korsnas for a reported 825-million dollars. Verso has a paper mill in Wisconsin Rapids. Billerud-Korsnas says the purchase will help it continue to expand into North America.
